PIT BOSS 3 Series Electric Vertical Smoker

This 1650-watt smoker comes with a large front window to eliminate the need for peek-a-boo cooking. It also features 684 square inches of porcelain coated cooking racks, locking caster wheels, an easy to read digital controller, a meat probe, and a stunning silver finish. Its innovative design improves upon the classic smoker by incorporating an elevated stand for easy loading and unloading, as well as a multiple position racking system to ensure you have enough room to smoke anything your heart (or stomach) desires.

Infusing flavor into your smoker is made easy with the oversized front load wood chip tray, offering up to 2 hours of cooking time per load. The ground up engineered design allows you to reach higher highs and lower lows. With double walled blanket insulation, you can smoke from 100°F to temperatures reaching 350°F, unlike any other smoker on the market. This feature also allows you to achieve the crispy skin on poultry or the great bark on beef and pork.

Other features of the Pit Boss® 3-Series Digital Electric Smoker include 756 square inches of cooking area, the ability to reach temperatures from 100°F – 350°F with the dial-in digital control board, a 1650 watt heating element, rear exhaust creating airflow for convection cooking, and 4 adjustable cooking racks, each measuring 14.75" x 12.2". The assembled dimensions are 21.8”L x 20.2” W x 46.9”H with a weight of 66 lb, while the boxed dimensions are 30.7”L x 19.3”W x 16.5”H with weight of 75 lb.
